A Complete Office Complex in a Modular Footprint

The CHOMEX 40' Double Expandable Modular Office combines two 40' expandable units to create a spacious, professional workspace with 6 office areas, a dedicated reception, kitchen, and 2 bathrooms.

Designed for construction sites, corporate operations, project management teams, industrial facilities, and temporary or permanent commercial applications, this configuration provides the functionality of a traditional office building with the flexibility of modular construction.

The architectural plan measures approximately 42' × 39' when fully configured, creating a broad, open office footprint rather than the narrow interior typically associated with conventional container offices.

Construction Specifications

I would use the same CHOMEX construction specification block as the Duo Mod listing only if this office uses the same build specifications. If it is the same construction, you can reuse:

• Wallboard: Type 950 EPS color steel composite panel
• Frame: Protective coating with anti-corrosion treatment
• Floor: Bamboo glue board with SPC stone plastic flooring
• Roof: EPS steel composite panel construction
